I was looking for some guidance to develop a social media marketing strategy. Jason spent nearly three hours working through a detailed process to define my ideal customer and what methods - not just social-media - to reach them. Straight away I could see where I had been falling down previously and Jason helped me realise the level of detail necessary to define my customers profile.
