Quaint mid-sized venue. Well staffed and laid out. However, we were in unreserved seating in the balcony, which consists of padded benches with no back. It wasn't long before discomfort set in, and we were yearning for more conventional seats. Obviously, this is irrelevant if you're standing downstairs.

When you arrive, there's an absolutely huge queue which goes down the road for what seems miles. However when the doors do open they're quick to get you in. Remember if you're with o2 you get priority entry and access to use the cloakroom. Small perks but worth it. When watching the gig, great acoustics, nice and loud and generally enough space in the stalls for standing (2300 ish capacity).
Two or three bars downstairs, some seating upstairs. We went to see Teddy Swims and it was incredible! Main act usually starting around 9 I'd expect if the experience was similar to ours. Train station only a 3 minute walk from the venue.

I have attended a concert in the forum, and it was really organized and nicely managed. Next time I'll for sure pick to sit down on the chairs on the top of the forum instead of standing near the stage since the view is way better. Side note: it's actually so cold outside so dress accordingly and keep in mind that you have to queue before getting in.

The venue was very spacious and the ushers where very friendly and happy. The concert experience was great and I really enjoyed myself. Found this setting to be less intimidating and more intimate in comparison to the O2 Greenwich. It was less gimmicks and more about the performer, Wizkid. He was. Exceptional Entertainer!

I saw Yungblud here yesterday, such a good show. Staff were very friendly and helpful and were able to keep the place in control while lining up, going inside, during the concert and leaving. The venue looks much bigger in person than in photos which was a good thing for me. Bars and toilets located on both floors. Surprisingly the seats were comfier than i expected, even though they were bench type seats. Covid measurements weren't the best but i was there to have fun, so didn't take much notice. Yungblud was so good and the concert was full of energy. Hopefully i'll be coming back for another gig sometime soon!
