Don't waist your money on the rubbish they print out. Had to put a dispute in for a full refund. Its fit for the rubbish bin. Worst experience in my life. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Awful service. Ordered two weeks ago for a charity event, still no sign & tomorrow the charity event occurs. Despite numerous mails, silence. Don't waste your hard earned money. Very poor

Ordered from this company never ever again I will use them, canvass came broke tried ringing with no joy even tho some one picked up then hung up takes for ever to receive a email back final got a reply got a replacement sent out but the quality from the receplacement to the first one is absolutely shocking stay clear from these

I wish I had read these reviews before I had ordered, I would definitely not of ordered from them. I have emailed them a few times and just get excuse after excuse about my order. They say it's in production then it's there is a problem so my order has been sent back to production then it's they have asked for my order to be done as a matter of urgency. I still haven't recieved my order. So I definitely will not be ordering again from them.

I placed an order on the 6th of March and it says 1 week but I am still waiting I sent an email and got a response but I am starting to think it is an email that gets sent to everyone asking about the item they have ordered. Called them and waiting on the phone with just music playing no idea how long or if anyone would even answer for it just randomly hang up.

The items I ordered was meant to be a gift for somebody. If I knew that it would be this bad I would have ordered from a different company that actually knows how to do their job and if you are having a problem with production or anything you should send a quick simple email to your customers who have spent their own money to let them know that there has been a delay most people would be understanding and wouldn't care but this is just ridiculous leaving people wondering and waiting.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Dont buy from 1 click print if your in ireland, they have not got a courier agent that can deliver here, over a month waiting on a print, they said they would refund courier fee and send another when their agent claimed it was lost but they have not replied nor resolved this since and still no print, a very unprofessional company

Ordered with next day delivery, and no response from company, canvas has been "processing" since i put in and paid for order, emailed to ask whats going on and no reply, try phone the number on their web site for it to not even work, this company is happy to steal your money but wont deliver goods, trading standards will be contacted!

Very disappointed, paid extra for a quick service and almost 2 weeks later i still haven't received my order. Don't know why they provide a telephone number as it is inactive. Tried tracking my order and the system doesn't let me log in. Tried resetting my password and the system doesn't respond. seriously concerned that i have wasted my money, now trying to retrieve my money through Paypal.

Critical: Responsiveness I ordered a canvas on December 17th. It's now January 14th. I still have not received it. They do not return my emails asking about it. It was for a gift. But I won't have it by tomorrow to give. I will not order from them anymore.

Where do I start? Lied every step of the way as was ordered for a Christmas gift in good time. They even messaged me a week before Christmas saying it was sent UPS next day delivery that it was dispatched but again a complete lie as after Christmas said that due to a "quality issue" it has been sent back to production I sent the same image to photobox and got a fantastic product in less than a week I never write reviews normally as a one thumb typer but would rather tell people about how poor this firm is than not It's taken me 10 minutes but if it saves you the disappointment I've had it's worth it

Avoid this company takes your money and Never sends the items ordered a canvas on 11/10/15 and the delivery date was 14/11/15 and as of today 21/11/15 i am still waiting. Contacted the number on there website and also sent emails to be greeting with very rude employees telling me we are with in our time frame, i asked where it says about a timeframe when ordering to be told its not on there website I AM TELLING YOU IT NOW! he is one reply i got from Ross Witham at 1click print Hi, Thanks for your email.

After placing order, I haven't got any feedback until next 15 working days. I send many emails to get update on my order status. None of them replied till now. Called customer service and every time they said my order will come in next 2-3 days. That never happened. So I decided let me be firm and call last time to get my order or else request refund.

This time customer service has promised and send confirmation by email about the delivery date. I got canvass picture which is not very good quality-wise, it is much darker than original image. I feel like money is drained in to the sink. My advice is not to go with this company at all.

I ordered on this website a month ago after seeing some good offers online. I was given an estimated delivery date which was around a week after my order. The following week I went online to check my order and much to my excitement I saw the estimated delivery date had moved forward by 2 days which was great. I then went to check the day before it was due to be delivered and it had been pushed back to the original date. Annoying but fair enough.

I then kept track of it every day and every single day I checked the date was pushed back another day, then another, then another, etc. I sent several emails and was just given excuses.we're really busy, it will be posted tomorrow (but it wasn't), etc, etc. I never even once received an apology by email. Then I had a search online for their company.

First off I found no end of bad reviews which was rather annoying. Then I found a facebook page where several people had posted comments that they had ordered after me and already received their orders, and also several comments saying they had received their orders well before their estimated delivery date. I went online to check today and surprise surprise it had been pushed back yet another 3 days.

Despite the website saying it had been printed.strange. So I decided enough was enough I wasn't letting this company keep my money for the appalling customer service that they were offering. When I rang to cancel I queried why other people had already received when they had ordered after me and they used the excuse 'sometimes orders fall out of the queue'.no reason as to why or no offer to sort the problem out.

Just yeah have your money back. I've never in my life experienced customer service like theirs. Keep your money. Spend a little more (there are still fantastic offers on other sites) and get better service and quicker delivery. Don't shop here. Also since cancelling i left a review on their Facebook page which was deleted and theyve blocked me from their page.

For anyone concerned its well worth reporting them to action fraud and trading standards may be worth a call aswell. But just remember if you're reading this before buying, dont do it!

WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! I placed 2 orders for 500 x double sided businesses cards. I have been given 5 different dates which I could expect to receive the orders, each time they did not arrive. I have tried contacting them via phone and email but cannot get through. I have asked to cancel both of my orders as I've been waiting nearly 6 weeks. I get the impression that this company is going out of business and is taking money and not fulfilling orders. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered a canvas print on one of their Facebook offers n January. It arrived very quickly but was badly stretched ( it was very slack ) and dirty. Took photo and sent to them. They reprinted. 2nd print arrived well stretched but off centre so some of pic was off the top of the frame with lots of white at the bottom. Took pic and reported. They reprinted. 3rd print arrived and that was well stretched but off centre again only this time horizontally so left hand side was off the frame and white space on the right. Didn't even unwrap from bubble wrap as could see it wasn't right, through it. Contacted customer services and told them not to bother with 4th reprint and that I'd have my money back and return the 3 useless canvases if they gave me a prepaid return label. They've totally ignored me and have blocked me from posting comments on their Facebook page and deleted the comments I did make in trying to have the problem resolved. I've now gone to my card company to get my money back.

Would not deal again although I was more than pleased with Floto's I purchased for a Christmas present. Seems they're great all the while things go well but rubbish when they don't.

Brilliant service and top quality products. I had read elsewhere that they were slow, unresponsive and disappointing. Not true; that person must have been unlucky. They answered my query immediately and in less than a week my canvasses were here, and are absolutely great.

Brilliant service, quick and cheap...would highly recommend. I have had a few canvases now from here and pleased with all of them. Ideal christmas presents if you have that perfect photo.
