The creation of four persona types for Audi UK was in part driven by the need to better understand the target audience types, their needs, desires and overall experience expectations with automotive brands. This allowed us to more effectively target/personalise through content strategies, using personas as a reference point. We conducted a host of user/customer research, both qualitative and quantitative insight to help reach the four defined persona types.
Leveraging the similar technology and algorithms that drived 'Wonga' personal loans, Everline was created to support SME's lending. A new proposition aimed at both the UK and US business market. Creating a smooth and 'no hassle' application process was a pivotal part of the user experience. To better understand the audience and any proposition challenges, we created and tested a fully functional Axure prototype with a full application process - both a UK version and a US version.
A component, module based media hub to support personalised business content across three business types in three territories, Spain Ireland and UK. Intuitive search, download and sharing of assets for digital and print. In a very short space of time, we created 12 Axure prototypes for testing in each country, each one varied by nature of the target audience and demographic.
In line with the all channel marketing proposition for Peugeot's 'Just Add Fuel' campaign. We were challenged with creating an experience that helped users make a more informed decision around car finance options based on the strength of the value proposition and experience the user was going to undertake.
