I work with small to medium sized businesses on a variety of creative projects producing unique visual solutions that are both affordable and contemporary. From the initial stages of ideas & inspiration through to fully realised art and graphics for the physical and digital mediums you can be sure there is bags of attention to the small stuff.
I was contacted by UK rock legend Ginger Wildheart regarding the licensing of my image 'A Temporary Distraction' for the front cover of his solo album 'Ghost In The Tanglewood.' After a few discussions it was decided that I would do all the artwork and design for both the vinyl & cd release (including a 12 page booklet for all the lyrics) so as to keep everything cohesive as far as the illustration went. The album has a lot of themes dealing with depression and isolation which the melancholy artwork I provided suited brilliantly.
Nine yards music is a song writing, recording and production partnership based in the south of the UK, with two studios located in Bournemouth and Newquay. If an individual desires a suit that is tailored to the "hilt" (double lined, etc.), he would request that the tailor should proceed with "the whole nine yards."
From time to time an oil painting like your grandparents owned will catch my eye at a thrift store. They usually end up getting modified with quirky handpainted typography or abstracted from the original. Lots of love goes in to the frames also, by lovingly distressing them to within an inch of their former selves.
