The team at Puffin Creative are great. They helped us and created a real slick and professional looking website to elevate our clothing brand to the next level. being that our in-house web design knowledge was lack-lustre, it was important that we were able to get hiccups sorted and questions answered; but the team at Puffin went above and beyond, showing us how to update products and get custom emails set up to make sure everything runs smoothly. ***BYER BEWARE*** I was excited about purchasing my first custom bike. I paid the deposit about 14 months ago and was told delivery would take place in 4-5 months. Fast forward till today and I still haven't received my frame or my deposit back. No proactive communication from the business owner. Not too sure if this guy is still in business but just wanted to share in case someone makes the same mistake I did.
