If you've been in business a while, you'll know that purpose and values are more than just buzzwords. They're an essential part of your business vision as you grow. And they feed into your company culture. But they're not always easy to nail down, unless you get help. I just could not get to the point where I could identify our core purpose and put it into a couple of sentences.
This is an opportunity for you (and your leadership team if you have one) to take a deep dive into the heart of what makes your business so great. What you do and, probably, how you do it may well not be different from your competitors. But your purpose, values and culture are. So this is a six-week focus on everything that helps you stand out from the crowd, hire and retain the best people, align your team to the values AND win the right kind of clients for you.Think of the Nexus Programme as the ultimate team-building exercise that will motivate and inspire everyone to fulfil their potential and results in everyone pulling together in the same direction to help your business grow.
This workshop can be done with an individual business owner or a Senior Leadership Team. It can also be done via Zoom (and will recorded to send to you later) or can be delivered on site. These workshops are designed to help you focus on the one thing you want to get sorted RIGHT NOW. You don't need (or haven't got time) for the six-week full Programme and you're not sure about the value of having a Manifesto document in your business but you do know that you need to take some valuable time to look at one of these critical issues in your business.
Several years ago, when I was a full-time church-based youth worker, I attended a conference and one of the keynote speakers was a Forensic pathologist. If you've been to any formal networking event, I'm pretty sure you'll have had the chance to do a '60-second commercial' where you get one. What would be the impact on your business if you could consistently generate more sales and win more loyal customers? Would you be able to.

Marketing has always been a dark art to me, and felt like I am best doing an ostrich.head in the sand. Stuart invited me to attend the 'bridging the brand canyon' webinar, to help me gain understanding and clarity on this area of business, which had previously eluded me. The webinar, COVID-19 put pay to a face to face training, took the delegates through the true principals of brand, why we market, our own 'why' and how this builds into the branding of our businesses.
As a result of Stuart's wisdom, discussion and guidance, I now feel that I can take my head out of the sand and create the correct message for Acorn in order to have consistency of connections with our peers, clients and colleagues. I would have no hesitation in discussing your branding and communication strategy with Stuart as his passion for providing the clear and consistent message is inspiring. Always happy to help if you wish to know more of my experience of Audacious Creative.

Audacious Creative have shown me a completely unique way to promote my business. To think about the way people "feel" when taking up and using my services. They inspire enjoyment and passion with a common sense and logical approach to making the customer experience truly memorable. If you're looking to improve yourself and your business I would highly recommend talking to Audacious Creative.

I have been delighted to work with Stuart from Audacious Creative in revitalising our brand. He quickly identified our needs and made sensitive suggestions regarding our logo and brand image which were readily accepted. He then created Brand Guidelines which has lead to the re-launch of a number of key promotional and fundraising items including our regular quarterly magazine.
We were guided throughout this process by Stu's personal input and understanding of creative design. I can highly recommend Stu as a hands-on creative designer with a real feel for the needs of the voluntary sector and an understanding of how to work effectively within the budgetary constraints of a smaller charity.

With an increasingly noisy environment coupled with the challenges of the economy, charities have to fight hard to get their message across and funds though the door. Stu has always found a refreshingly creative solution to design briefs, helping us to reinforce our distinctiveness at the same time as meeting our fundraising objectives. A pleasure to work with!
