Direct Computers

Words cannot express enough my thanks in finding and dealing with this company. I spent around 50 hours previously looking into custom builds with various suppliers and from 15 that I contacted and negotiating a build with. Each of the 15 didn't either have 1 thing I wanted or would not do 1 thing I needed. Then I contacted this Company. Straight away it was a different story, they provided me with everything I needed and more.

Certain components were upgraded and cost the same as lower spec components other suppliers were trying to force into my build. I got everything I wanted as well as 3 year carriage/parts/service for cheaper than any others I had contacted. It was very little fuss also. Something by this point I needed. I got the system also very quickly and in time for my boys to have a play with it. the look on their faces will forever remain with me.

The special note of why this business for me is by far the best. Is that as soon as I found 1 issue they immediately took care of everything professionally and quickly on the same day. This level of customer service I have not previously seen. I was also kept well informed throughout my whole experience and didn't have to wait not for any email reply.

Very impressed with their trade-in scheme, through which I was able to order a powerful new PC with a reduced price. Also a very useful way to 'sell' old PCs when upgrading, this is a service not a lot of places offer. Unsure about what parts I would need, Josh provided a prospective build based on my budget and even freely upgraded some parts when the original were not available. Overall I am very happy with the new PC and am additionally impressed on how quickly the parts were sourced and the PC built, just a week!

The company was great, helped design a pc just for me, to meet exactly what i needed. Kept me informed all the way, we had a small issue with UPS delivering the computer to me however the team helped me everystep of the way. A few months on and the computer is still great! Thank you guys!
