Great service, friendly staff, I worked with both Ben and Jonny who guided me step by step through the whole process of creating a website (having never done this before). To say I am thrilled with the end result is an understatement. Everything I had dreamed of and more. Will 100% be back for help with future projects

Do not be fooled by Jonny and his work. All companies he works with either go bust or their websites don't function properly. I've made contact with companies he worked with in the past and they all don't actually recommend him as when it comes to fixes or updating, he will cost you an arm and leg and he will take credit for other people work. All of them left good reviews at the time after the project was finished then they wanted to give him a new reviews and all said they won't ever recommend his again. He doesn't know a single thing about web applications. His designs maybe good but he doesn't know a think of user experience or functionality or security.

Don't even bother, they source their developers from over seas. Also the websites they claim to create are very unprofessional and always break. Take credit for other peoples work and have zero knowledge of web applications. Use of plugins that will cause the website to crash if you update them. They even advice not to update the plugins? That's a major security risk FYI! You will waste your time and money on these guys. They will show you work that looks nice but functionality and user experience will be poor.

This resulted in a Responsive web design complimented with a comprehensive branding package. All the way through the process, Mr O'Rourke kept me up to date with progress and met all the deadlines.

What you get is what you pay for. Good, quality work for a good price. It was definitely worth paying that extra for the quality products that The Cardiff Graphic Designer offers and I would highly recommend them!
