I run a contracting company and have been working with Jessica for many years. She always comes through with the details and enables us to execute construction with very little hiccups(un forseen behind walls stuff). Jessica ensures client vision to fruition and is a joy to work with in all areas.

My fiancee and I have worked with Jessica on two renovations and plan to work with her again in the future. We would recommend her to anyone. Jessica has impeccable taste but is flexible and worked around our constraints. She took what mattered to us, combined it with her own ideas and came up with creative and beautiful designs that we wouldn't have imagined. She understands construction and has proved an invaluable help in ensuring that we had a shared understanding of the vision and execution with our contractor.

I can't say enough about how amazing of an experience we had with Jess. From start to finish, Jess was with us every step of the way, super responsive and prompt, we were never left hanging or waiting. Her attention to detail and knowledge were top notch, but what really set her apart from everyone else was her intuitiveness for the space, leaving personal touches and customizations that we would never have thought of doing. My husband and I have used Jessica on 3 of our homes now. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides superior service beyond expectations. We were really lost on where to start; equipped with only a rough budget, a design theme, and a tight move in date, Jessica expertly led us through the the planning, execution, and communication with contractors in a timely manner. She gave us invaluable and honest feedback while still ensuring we felt in creative control of the reno details, and it was always very apparent that she cared deeply about the formation of our space on a holistic as well as granular level. Wow, where do we begin? My wife, Trish, and I bought a home in Dec 2019 that we knew on first viewing what / how we wanted to renovate. In spring 2020 we connect with Jessica and from the first minute we knew that our very large project was in the right hands. Jessica took our rough ideas of a complete top to bottom reno which was kitchen, fixtures, flooring, doors, moldings, casings, window coverings, staircase and more.

We also put in a new, modern fireplace, raised a sunken living room floor and replaced a wall with a hidden beam. The project was massive, to say the least, and Jessica was on call daily and on site as required with our contractors and to be there for us guiding and explaining every step. Jessica not only designed and helped manage the project, she also brought multiple suggestions/ samples for things like fixtures, cabinet design, accessories, paint colour, tile and more for us to view and make decisions on.

We will never be able to say enough on how highly we recommend Jessica and how much we appreciated everything she did. We will say she is now considered a friend of ours, we will be working with her again on a master suite reno in our home and we will give her name to anyone we know who needs a designer. Fyi. Jessica is much more than a "designer", she takes ideas, creates all the architectural drawings and works with you all the way through.
