Had a lovely 2 night stay in the China Room. We've tried a few themed room places over the years and often been disappointed that description's don't live up to reality but not here! Luxurious room and huge well appointed bathroom. A very tasty cooked breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Well worth the cost. We used the hotel as a base to look around Norwich which we also recommend, a gem of a city!

We stayed at the dial house for a much needed r&R treat. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We stayed in the China room which had a beautiful bathroom and roll top bath. We also dined that evening and found the food to be superb. The staff were friendly and ever so helpful, plus not at all stuffy. Which enhanced our stay even more. We hope to return soon. I fully recommend

Pretentious menu which is trying to offer London style. Sides are expensive Norfolk greens turned out to be a bowl of cabbage. Strong aroma of fish and garlic which is overpowering in the whole building. Noisy environment. Service area used end of restaurant. Resturant is cold. Very disappointing The standard of dishes presented do not live up to cheeky prices.

I booked a surprise valentines day stay for my wife at the Dial House and cannot thank everyone enough for making it a truly memorable occasion. From start to finish - it's just a fantastic place to be and stay. The food is amazing. I had the steak, my wife pork belly (not her, the food!) Cannot fault anything. The chefs were superb. Attention to detail is really appreciated. Thank you to George and the gang for their friendly and professional service. We will be back again soon.

Stayed here bank holiday at the end of May, what more can I say other than its excellent. The room (Italian themed) was beautiful with a roll topped bath. The food was excellent, breakfast was first class. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. The covid measures in place made you feel safe. We can't wait to stay here again.
