We cater for all requirements in web and digital communication from a small static web presence to a large dynamic ecommerce website. Website design and development includes: bespoke content managed sites in WordPress, WordPress Themes, website hosting and domains, ecommerce, HTML newsletters and online brochures.

Planning is an essential process for creating a successful digital presence. Website design (how the site looks) , content (what’s in the website) , functionality (how the site interacts with the owner and user) and search engine optimization (how the site will be found by search engines) are the key elements to plan.

CMS or content managed systems are a popular option for many clients. We use WordPress for our content management as it offers clients a non-techie, user-friendly system for updating their site. Its functionality is enhanced by the thousands of plugins that are available for ecommerce, social media, SEO, mobile sites and much more.

We offer two price brackets for our WordPress sites: a bespoke website or a Theme. WordPress Themes are prebuilt templates that offer a WordPress website to clients with a limited budget.

We offer clients a complete print service by providing graphic design, advertising management/solicitation and print procurement.

Creative design is our strength and our style can be adapted depending on the client and target market. In addition to graphic design and print, we have experience in advertising management and solicitation. We have worked with Eden District Council on their Holiday Guide and Cumbria Tourism on both their Attractions and Food & Drink guides. These projects involved mailing, following-up advertisers and proofing adverts. Over the years we’ve refined our processes, which now include online booking forms as well as an online proofing system.

The final process is print procurement. Due to the range of print formats, we work with a select group of suppliers. Some of which, we have a working relationship that spans two decades.

Our experience of brand & identity projects ranges from creating a simple identity to naming, conceptualising and developing a brand.

An identity is the visual device used to represent the company. The identity is then paired with style guidelines and used as a framework to ensure the brand promotion is cohesive and consistent. Some of the visual devices that leverage the brand elements and style guidelines are: stationery, marketing collateral, packaging, signage and websites.

A brand is the idea or image of a specific product or service that consumers connect with. Branding is when that idea or image is marketed so that it is recognizable by more and more people and to differentiate it from other similar companies.
